The truth is, it isn’t any fun to go through life feeling tense, or stressed out, all the time. It isn’t any fun to be overwhelmed or anxious - fearful - or sad. Most of the time we can keep functioning, but who wants to function without joy?
When we learn what our feeling truly are, we gain power. Our feelings give us insight into what we are thinking, why we are thinking that, and help us see if there are other options that can support and help.
