This is so powerful! If you want to achieve a healthy body but does not know when would be the perfect time to start, today is the day for you to motivate yourself. People keep on delaying when they will start working out. They do not know when would be the perfect time to start and its quite sad. You need to start as soon as possible because delaying it wouldn't be helpful. At the same time, you're losing the opportunity to be healthy! Of course we don't want such thing to happen, isn't it?
Agreed. The reason we want to avoid "some day" is because it distracts us from the present. Our "some day" list can get overwhelming, and it can prevent us from doing what is best to do right now. We forget that the little things matter. We "some day" things in our minds because we think that the job is too big to do today. Instead, we can think in terms of "how can I begin today by doing a small task that will lead me to the goal?"
