We teach five basic principles in Emotional  Health 101.  They are as follows:
 
   1. Feelings and thoughts are energy.

   2. A feeling plus a thought equals an emotion.

   3. Emotions lead to action.

   4. Re-solving emotions brings peace.

   5. Peace in any circumstance is possible.
